Sorry I do not know the SIDs for CYYZ by heart, but one place to find the SIDs (and STARs) for Pearson is the Canada Air Pilot (CAP 4: Ontario). This is what most general aviation instrument pilots use. It is available from any pilot supply shop, and costs about $17.00. Any online sources for SIDs/STARs are probably subscription-only, and are likely to be costly.
If you buy a CAP, make sure you get the General Pages section also (it should be included, but isn't always). The CAP General Pages tells you how to read SIDs/STARs, Approach charts, and has definitions, Abbreviations, etc.
If you watch, or monitor, the air traffic around the airport, a VTA chart for Toronto is probably a good idea too, they run about $15. These are visual charts, but you can get a good idea of the airspace structure and visual procedures for all TO airports.
There is also an Instrument Terminal Chart, for all major Canadian Airports.
Your User Profile says you are in the Toronto area, the only places I know that would definetly have these are: The Prop Shop, at the Buttonville Airport, or Aviation World. You could probably order these online also.
