There are Atlantic plotting charts, but since the NATs change every day, except for the entry and exit points (and some other points over land,) there are no named waypoints over the Atlantic as we use lat/long points for navigation.
As PGNCS said, there are no specifically named waypoints over the ocean - it's all lat/lon. But this chart does show the waypoints on either side of the ocean that form the endpoints for the NATs (though not the NARs or EURs that go to and from them).
