Can aircraft flying today with the old interior, including the 757, be retrofitted with them?

I'm thinking of some of Delta's 757s that are pretty beaten up on the inside. Would go a long way in making a nicer experience for the pax.

According to Boeing, the changes are too major to permit retro-fitting. It's only available on new-build 737s.
