Cochabamba, Bolivia - Challenging Approach?

Is the approach into Cochabamba as challening as into La Paz and Sucre? Terrain-wise, manoeuvre-wise, weather-wise?

Well strictly by looking at the approach charts I'd say it's up there with the most dangerous if you don't follow the charts strictly, not sure I'd call the approaches themselves the most challenging however. Here are the approaches:

La Paz has nothing out of the ordinary for approaches, the only thing special really is it's very high altitude.

The most convoluted approaches I can think of that currently exist are into Quito, Ecuador.
