Hi,
I've searched over the net but couldn't find the info .
I'm looking for the Boeing 787 wing profile at its root, where it meets the fuselage. The wing maximum thickness, again at its root, would be the best.
That's not particularly surprising...Boeing uses custom airfoil (and has for many years) so I suspect it's all trade secret.

If you can find a good picture of the wings being pulled out of the Dreamlifter, you should get a good profile of the root airfoil. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a descent photo on the web yet, but there's a lot to search through.

Hi tdscanuck, thanks for your message. My wording was not correct, it's indeed the airfoil section I'm interested in, more precisely it's maximum thickness at root.
I managed to find 3/4 front views and even a full front view of the aircraft and did a few "proportion" calculations but I always end up with a +/- 20cm value, not accurate enough.
The wingbox height would be good too, gah, I'll continue searching on the web.
