I've noticed that a lot of planes taking off from IAD towards Europe fly right over JFK towards the North Atlantic. I am in NYC and will be going out to JFK. I was wondering if anyone knows the radio frequency of New York Center that airplanes flying over JFK would be on. Thanks for any help.

A few years ago the high-altitude sector was 125.325-- then they'd switch to Boston 124.525.
You are aware that most of the NEward flights over JFK are starting their descent for BOS? They would be on 125.325 also, but as I recall they would be handed off to the low-alt controller before reaching JFK.
