You might try:

http://www.dispatcher.org and look for the weather briefing link. Pretty good collection of stuff...

If you can't get access to DUATS, this page is nice...just like what you'd get in a standard briefing from an FSS.

You need a valid medical and pilot certificate to get into duats.com.

I recommend duats.com.
you can also try www.duat.com.

go to http://www.aeroplanner.com
You have to register and it's free. you can enter your hours into the logbook and check weather.

So can I get the same info online at DUATS that I get when I call FSS for a weather briefing? I really hate calling for weather briefings...no matter how many times I ask them to slow down they still talk too fast!
