Levelled Flight With Center Engine On 3 Holers?

I wonder: Was it (is it   ) possible to maintain level flight with only the center engine running on three-holers?

How about ferry-flights? Could they be done with 2 engines? Any combination or only with the center engine down?

At a very low weight, yes.

Done many times, in any combination of engines. With N°2 as one of the live engines, the takeoff technique is quite sporty. It's somewhere in this forum.
