Why No A32x Freighters?

A320s have been flying since the 80s, and I know some airlines retired their older A320 fleet, so I wonder, why are there no A32x freighters?

Seems as if the higher floor (compared to a 737) would be a deterrent...you would need more expensive loading gear to go up higher from ground level. However, I guess that it is no worse than a 757

May not be worse in that respect, but the benefits of the 757 probably outweigh this single disadvantage. More range, more capacity, etc... those 757s are getting old though so maintenance could become an issue.
