I would like to know from pilots who fly Airbus,Boeing or Embraer E-Jets,which aircraft they prefer to fly.Which aircraft is the most "obedient",responds to commands well without fighting you.Do you prefer a yoke or sidestick? How do you like the E-Jets yoke in comparison to a Boeing one?

I think every pilot will give you a different answer.
I've noticed one trend, at least on these boards. While many pilots have a favorite, most are happy to fly any airliner. Basic airmanship does not change. Yoke vs. stick can be debated to death on these boards, but in the end they are both perfecly good ways of controlling the aircraft.

Those who are loudest in the debate have usually flown none of the aicraft you are asking about. Starlion is spot on.
As for the Embraer yoke, I find it ok with two hands on it (take off). It can be a little cumbersome when dealing with a cross wind landing from left to right in my case because you have to sort of pick up on the yoke in addition to pushing to the left because of where it's hinged. After 4+ years of flying the 145 and 170 it's something you don't pay attention to.
If an aircraft "fights" you it shouldn't be in service. Period.
