Hello,
In a follow up to my previous theread looking for the links to corporate flight departments, I have found all of the ones I need but not Southwest's. I can't seem to find it on their website. Could anyone direct me to where it is?
Thanks,
YYZRWY23

Why don't you contact them and ask for their corporate flight dept.
From their website, their contact info:
https://www.southwest.com/contact-us/contact-us.html

I was hoping they would have an established departmental or program site such as AA, AS, DL etc but I will have to go this route. I don't need group travel, as employees in general are deployed one their own.
Quoting EMBQA (Reply 2): Being just 16-20 I wonder why you would even be asking...
I work for a video production company that operates throughout North America, and until my employment, has simply booked all travel via Expedia or airline sites. They want to consolidate to as few carriers as possible (preferably one) and earn rewards and get exclusive business customer pricing (as offered through AA). WN was the most used carrier for the past three years and wanted to see if they had such a program as I do like their company and would like to continue dealing with them.

Why don't you contact them and ask them if they have an established program for what you want? You may not find it directly on Southwest's website. You may have to talk to a human (as opposed to the website) to get your answer.
Ignore the group travel link, just use their general contact link:
https://www.southwest.com/contact-us/contact-us.html
As an LCC I'm about 95% sure Southwest doesn't off that. I have a friend that owns a company and she and her team fly Southwest all the time and get no special perks.. other then frequent flyer bennies.. which are the same for everyone

Thanks for the info. My employer flies contractors all over North America, and allows them to collect any points that they can based on the flight booked for them (we book what we need, if they benefit, great). However, I noticed that on airlines such as AA, AS, etc..., the company can earn miles as well as the contractor. These would be great as they could be redeemed for future contractor travel which is a huge expense. Right now most of the US flying is covered by WN (and the no bag fee is key considering they carry a fair bit of equipment), but AA would give more benefit, fly to most destinations, and waives the bag fees for business customers. If WN can offer something similar, they would be the first choice.
