The landfill? Unless someone has been collecting them, the airport diagrams get outdated quick and I don't think anyone keeps them around.
Try eBay for old jepp leather binders. Most sellers are selling the binders as that's what the buyers are looking for.
But if someone is selling it because they're cleaning house or selling dad's estate some binders might contain "vintage" charts.
I was going thru some things recently and I found my old charts when I was working on my instrument rating instead of maverick, cowboy and ranger VORs and the bonham,, Bowie, cedar creek, and glen rose arrivals into DFW, There was only DFW vor, and the Bridgeport, scurry, and blue ridge arrival cornerposts and there was 18s-36s STOL runway where taxiway g is today Chicago had a 18-36 runway. I eventually overcame my hoarding tendency and tossed the charts but I thought about keeping it for a while as it was ancient stuff as far as aviation goes.

Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from surviving bad judgement.
