Can someone suggest/recommend a company that can produce flight operations/maintenance manuals for a FAA Part 121 start-up airline. Knowledge of Embraer 170/190s would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I would expect Embraer to supply this as part of their sales pitch...they're certainly capable of producing them.
