Could A 13' Wide Cabin Work?

I know I talk about a narrow body, that was wider than an A32X before, and C919 and MS-21 are wider than an A32X, but they are still under 13' wide. A MD-80, 90 and CSeries has a 10' wide cabin, a 737 has a 11' wide cabin and A32X has a 12' wide cabin, so could a 13' wide cabin work, or would it been a wast of space?

The difference is slightly less than 6 inches, not a full foot. Boeing and Airbus show the interior cabin widths as follows:

737 - 139.2 in.
A32X - 144.88 in.
Difference 5.68 in.
