If anyone has a list of airline caterers by their hubs, I would like to know what they are.

Here is what I know for a few of Delta's hubs:

Gate Gourmet - ATL, LGA, MEM, CVG
LSG Sky Chefs - DTW, MSP, SLC, JFK
Unknown - AMS, NRT, CVG

Could anyone tell me for DL's international hubs, as well as the caterers for other airlines' hubs?

Not certain but I would think it's highly likely that KLM does DL's catering at AMS, considering their transatlantic joint venture. I'm pretty sure that was also the case for NW. If memory correct, KL and NW even served identical meals on their transatlantic flights to/from AMS in order to offer a consistent product.

Does KLM do in-house catering? The previous post says AMS is Gate Gourmet.

Here in PHX, LSG Sky Chefs caters just about everyone, except for WN and BA. WN is handled by their in-house provisioning dept. and Flying Food Group handles BA.

Years ago Gate Gourmet had ops. in PHX, but I think they closed down after losing the DL contract.

KLM has a very large catering subsidiary at AMS. They certainly handle KL flights. The customer list below shows Northwest so it's not up-to-date. I had assumed they would now be handling DL but I'm not certain.

In MCO we have LSG, Gate Gourmet, Flying Food, and at SFB IIRC Alpha. WN does in house @ MCO. LAL I'm not sure, Direct Air maybe in house (Skyking)

MSP has LSG and SY is in house. Plus IIRC 3 small catering companies

YYZ has Cara (now called Gate Gourmet) and CLS catering. There is also a "Hamasbia" catering centre which does the kosher catering for Cara's clients.

I believe BOS has both Gate Garbage (Gate Gourmet) and the LSG Sky Chefs.

Don't know of any others. B6 has its own provisioning, but thats all I know of of the top of my head

Specifically, I would like to know which caterer serves each airline at their hubs. If you read my original post, I listed DL's caterers at their hubs.
