Hello,
Just regarding the forecast winds in the descent planning page, does the FMC take the reference level from your landing altitude or MSL. What if I was to put a wind at 000, what would the FMC take this as? The same would go for the levels I plan to have anti ice on and off at?

Doesn't the FMC see it as either FL or altitude depending on transition altitude? I haven't flown the 737 in 5 years, so cannot remember 100%, but on the 744 I see on the descent forecast: "FL300, FL200, FL100, 5000"
So my guess it is MSL, and not above landing altitude.

MSL.

Never tried that, but I don't think the FMC will take that altitude. The FMC doesn't need wind at sea level.

MSL.
