Hello,

Any people familiar with how the dates work on the Jeppy LOEB booklet, do the boxed ones mean that those charts have not been updates/will be updated/have been updated or not part of this cycle or something else?

Bit confused

Looks like the boxes are simply, the most recent revisions... if you look at the dates, they are all revisions within the last 14 days.

Agreed. Pretty much anytime anything related to aviation charts/publications almost always has a box if it has been changed since the last issue.
