How is the SMS [Safety Management system] effectiveness at your organisation.
What about the SAG [Safety Action group] at each base.
Is AHR [Anonymous hazard reporting] sucessfull?.

Delta has gone to a SMS recently. From my level I have not see much change. We did all have a training video to watch explaining the changes.
