EU Propose New Pilot Working Hours.

It seems that the EU what a single set of rules for pilots flying across Europe.
As the video report says, this could be a few years away yet.

Might even tie in with the proposed "single EU ATC"

While the US learned from accidents and strenghtend their rules, in Europa there is too much political weight from the industry. The whole process isn't finished yet and the unions are running against it. There is still hope..

I'm not saying that 22 hours is ever good, but they do say "extreme cases". Would like to see more details.
