Thomson 767 Routes

Can anyone advise me of the routes Thomson work their 767 fleet on and which UK airports they are based at?

I was kind of hoping one might be used on BHX to Tenerife as I am flying that route in December, but it looks more like being a 757.

Wonder if they 'up size' it to a 767 if busy?

It is listed on FlightStats preliminary schedules as a 767, for all three flights (TOM7718, 7272 and 7548) depending on the date you are flying.

I would think TFS is ideal for their shorthaul 767's during winter; in the summer they normally go to the Balearics and/or Turkey.

With a caveat, their equipment selections can be patchy; although I have found them to be accurate in most of the cases I have seen.

Not sure if you could give them a call and ask, they might just tell you!

Yes, thanks for your reply, each time ive tried my flight number in Google - TOM7548 - on flight stats it comes up as being a 757.

One thing i overlooked was that ive got pre-select seats which i can reserve online i think from this weekend. That will show what i,m on i guess by the seat config.

Just never been on a 767 for all the flights ive made, would be another box to tick.

That is based on the summer flying schedule and the 0635z departure. From the 9th Nov it becomes an 1110z departure and scheduled equipment changes from a 757 to 767.

I travelled years ago on OBYE (I think!) to POP - a great flight and takeoff, especially from 15 at BHX

full power rolling takeoff and masses of wing flex on rotation!

Sad that yet again i wont get on my first ever 767 flight, as much as i like the 757 as a fine alternative.
