Hi All,
I have booked a trip from Mumbai to SFO in Jan 2013. I booked an award travel, and will be flying in Business Class. It is more than 3 months away, and my itinerary on Delta.com shows that BOM - AMS - ATL will be on A330. In the past several months, I see that DL is flying 767s on this route. Can I totally trust that DL will switch to A330 in Jan, and that I can fly on better Business class product? Do any of you have a view on this?

It's business class either way. I too prefer the 330, but there is no way to know absolutely for sure what equipment any flight will operate with on any big mixed-fleet airline until the plane pushes back from the gate. Even if the equipment is scheduled to be a 330, equipment substitutions happen all the time.

This sounds good . I have flown biz class on NW A332s before, and I like the seat and the cabin.

Actually, I agree on your statement. I flew thrice on ex-Northwest planes flown by DL - 332 as well as 744. Twice out of three legs, I was not very comfortable. To me, what tips the 333 in favor of 767s is the interior, entertainment and overall experience. Hopefully the rest of the service would still be the same.
Does anyone know how the entertainment on 763 compares against 333?

I hate to break it to you, but until the A330 switches over to the new layflat seats, the 767 and A330 seats are comparable in terms of relative comfort.
I tend to go out of my way to avoid the A330 specifically for this reason.
