Cockpit Control Explained

I was looking for a website that could explain to me the various controls in cockpit of a modern airliners. I did manage to find one, but then lost it.

Any suggestions..

Many cockpit videos (Pilots Eye, Just Planes World Air Routes) include a section where pilots explain various systems, how they work and how they are hadled.

Also you might find some materials on smartcockpit.com

does anyone know a similar website for the MD11? I only know http://www.md-11.org/welcome.html which isn´t nearly as comprehensive
