I was watching the video linked above, and a couple of questions occurred to me. Firstly, why would only one of the Caravelle's engines be smoking like a bitch? Some kind of oil issue? Honestly I was surprised that they weren't both smoking away, as is typical of such vintage craft. Also, if you are operating such ancient types in somewhere like rural Africa, how on earth do you manage maintenance? What are the basics of the logistics of obtaining parts for example, particularly on something like a Caravelle? Sorry if the question is a bit broad, please feel free to start with the basics.
