Fuel Truck Help

So 2 years back I took on the position of Fueling Supervisor at the OEM i work at. The truck was acquired used and came with no technical manuals. Ive learned a lot through trail and some error but would like the manual as a reference. I've contacted the manufacture and they told me they had no archives on it. It's a 1997 3000 gallon Determan-Brownie. The truck was made for Texaco. Anyone out there has a manual for it, or advise on how to get one..?
