Location Of Exits?

When I look at different photos of the 757 and 767 I notice that different airlines have their exits in different places.

Why is this? Do they different types of exits allow different seating arrangements?

Don't forget that most charter operators will probably have an extre emergency exit, due to the high number of passengers.

ON the 757, the earlier types had the exit behind the wing. The newer ER 757's have that exit turned into two over the wing, to increase the amount of exits by two. The 757-300 has a different exit confiiguration, too. The 767-200 and -300 have different configs for exits loosely based on weather it is an ER.

The 757's where always offered with two different configurations of exit doors. Depending if they want overwing exits or not.


OBAMA-WORST PRESIDENT EVER....Even SKOORB would be better.
