This nitpicker found a small error though. The Bartini Beriev VVA-14 was a surface effect craft, not VTOL.

Ugly but cool, the Russian navy must have been attracted by it's speed as it must have cost a rubel or two to make those prototypes. Womder why they did not go to production, radar cross section? Must have been terrible....
