Labor Cost Break Down

Do airlines ever publish labor cost broken down by job function? i.e.Mgt/Pilots/FA's/AMT's.

I've looked at several Yearly reports and they do not go into this.

Not publicly. Commercial airlines in the USA are required to publish a very high amount of financial data already so they're very secretive about exactly how that data is derived for competitive reasons. Anything you'll see is either estimates from outside sources (normally not all that accurate) or sanitized information the airline _wants_ known (i.e. for negotiating reasons).
