Descend Speed For 772 In Ias?

Hi all,
can someone please tell me what the descent speed for a 777-200 is in IAS from say FL370?

Don't know excatly - depends on the cost index used, which is entered in the FMC. Im sure a 777 driver can correct me - perhaps 290kts? - up to 320kts if no speed restriction, or if descent started late??!
