Which Airlines Still Use The LTN-72 INS

In todays world of GPS, FMGS e.t.c. does anyone know if any airlines still use the 9-waypoint maximum LTN-72? Also how exactaly is it programmed, is the first and ninth waypoint entered always departure and destination coordinates respectively or is a new waypoint just added as the last one is passed?
