Exact Autothrottle/Autothrust Differences

Hello,
I would like to know the varations between Airbus' Autothrust, and Boeing's Autothrottle systems. I know that the Autothrottle system is much more technical, requiring a much more indepth, technical set up, unlike the Autothrust's temperature difference method.
