Cost Info For A 744F Or 744Combi A/c

I have two questions....

1. How is cost measured for a freighter or combi a/c (Cost/FTK???)
2. Does anyone out there know any cost figures for 747-400F or 747-400Combi costs?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
