Since it appears that they have just passed, or is exactly at the previous waypoint, I'd say 0421z. 25 minutes for 214nm sounds reasonable. However, since the ND is at 160nm, a little off on the screen can be miles off, so this is pure guess.

I'll take any chance to get out the good old whiz wheel and practice a little. Those skills are definitely perishable but come back with some tinkering.... I wonder what the future of the whiz wheel is when even rental C-172s have Garmin GNS430s.
