Anybody have the rundown on the info contained in the FA's Flight Manifest?

I know pax listed by seat assignment, and pax alpha by surname, the SpMl list, the Specials list, and the FF Elite list, but is there other info on the manifest at some airlines?

Apparently they have who is non-rev and empoloyees because at both the airline im with and Virgin, who I was flying on an ID-90 interline ticket, the f/a, tried to reaccomidate me up front. Unfortuantly with virgin, someone booked the last upperclass seat at the last minute and there were no premium econonmy upper class etc... seats
