Does The ND Of A Real Plane Work Like The In Fs?

Does the Navigation Display On real planes show the ILS paths to a runway just like in Flight sim 2000? If so what planes do? Do old planes like 737-200 show them?

I don't have FS2000 but another flight simulator, namely the Aerowinx 747-400 Precision Simulator.
There are all displays like the displays in the 744.

This simulator (also PS13 called) is a very realistic program with more than 90% of all 744-functions. All procedures are in real time!

The ND in a 747-400 and 777 can be selected to ILS mode, for landing if the crew require, but normally during flight, its in the map mode, with the route drawn out on the display.
