A single-engine Cessna narrowly avoided a collision with a taxiing WN 737 a few moments ago here at RNO. The Cessna had been cleared to take off on runway 16R, but instead took off on parallel taxiway B. The Cessna departed over the top of a WN 737 on taxiway B at taxiway J, less than 4,000 feet from where the Cessna started its take-off roll. Scary stuff! My Friday night here in the Comm Center almost got a lot busier...
