I can't seem to figure it out! It's listed in the routing descriptions in photos by Tony Decker of Cargolux aircraft at ELLX. Also on Cargolux's website in their flight schedule section. I can't, for the life of me, figure out what city that is.
The closest I can come is Cotopaxi International Airport in Latacunga, Ecuador. But that seems a little too insignificant of a city for such regular 747 freighter service. But... then again, who'd have thought of Detroit Willow Run Airport, or Columbus' Rickenbacker International, or Huntsville's Jones Field. Not much ramp area at Cotopaxi Int'l either, if this diagram I'm looking at is correct.
Anyways, if anyone can shed a little light on this for me, it'd be much appreciated.

LTX is Latacunga, Ecuador. Cargolux do fly there - check their website under "network". It seems like they operate there twice a week.
Latacunga is not that far from Quito (two hours drive), and is probably less limiting performance wise for a 744F than UIO, because of the mountainous terrain surrrounding UIO, and UIO's high airfield elevation and limited runway length.
