I am not aware of any real differences in the procedures. With tail mounted engines, you would experience less yaw because the engines are closer to the centerline of the aircraft. That means you would have to use less rudder to keep the aircraft under control than you would in a aircraft with wing mounted powerplants. Other than that, I don't think there is a meaningful difference.
