What method does the B747-100/200 use for locking out the outboard aileron during cruise. I know that the B767 and B777 use the YSM (767) and PFC/ACE (777) respectively. I do remember that it was locked out when the flaps were up so I was wondering if it was mechanical or some kinda flap switch.
