does anyone out here have a link to a website that gives you international jeppeson charts and runway information? because a lot of websites that i had visited they just have the USA database in them. I would appreciate it.

Sorry I can't help you with those charts. I'm not sure where to find them. Can you provide a link for the US charts you mentioned?

Nick

Hi,

The Jeppesen database of approach charts and en route IFR charts is available to people paying for the service, so i very much doubt it would be available online for free...

also since these charts are always updated with revised procedures and figures, only Jeppesen could assure you are getting the most up to date charts.

hope that helps, and for a good site try pilotpointer.com they have good interesting links.

Jeppesen does make available US airport charts that AOPA doesn't provide as part of its partership with AOPA in helping to reduce runway incursions. Jepp just makes available the charts you can't find on AOPA. Other than that I don't think there are any electronic versions of Jepp charts available that you can download.

Yes, I thought free charts online sounded too good to be true. I am a member of AOPA and I have seen where to get those from their website. Just looking for something else though...

Echoplate now charges for current charts online. They just started with the last update I think. They do however still have older ones available to look at.

They're not Jepp plates, and I didn't know if you were aware of it. But NIMA does publish government approach plates for selected airports outside of the US.

Click Yes for the security thing and scroll down to the terminal procedures, select the appropriate continent and then select the airport to see what's available.

If you look at http://www.navdata.at you can access charts for many countries. The link for each country takes you to the relevant CAA pages. The site is for flight simulator users but the charts are accurate and up to date. In the case of the UK, for example, the charts come from NATS.

Some charts for Australian airprots can be found at www.airservices.gov.au.
