B736 And Cargo

I doubt if it can, but can the B736 carry LD2 or LD3 containers? If yes, how many? If no, what is it able to carry and how much?

The B737 does not use containerised freight loading in the lower holds, go to section 2.6 at http://www.boeing.com/assocproducts/aircompat/acaps/737wsec2.pdf for the dimensions of the cargo hold.

Yeah, thought it was unlikely.

Avioniker - there's the B737-700 Convertable but I'm not sure if any airline has thus far purchased it.
