Yes there are people who have every rating that it is possible to get, and from the looks of what you posted, Craig does not.

Anyone familiar with John & Martha King of 'King Schools' fame? I'd heard once that they had every possible pilot & instructor license, with the exception of the 'powered lift' aircraft, because none have been certified yet.

Here's John:

Rotorcraft Helicopter and Gyroplane (Commercial Pilot)
Instrument Helicopter (Commercial Pilot)
Glider (Commercial Pilot)
Lighter-Than-Air Free Balloon (Commercial Pilot)
Lighter-Than-Air Airship (Commercial Pilot)
: Flight Instructor
Airplane Single and Multiengine
Rotorcraft Helicopter and Gyroplane
Instrument Airplane and Helicopter
Glider
: Ground Instructor
Advanced
Instrument

And here's Martha:

Name : KING, MARTHA ROCKWOOD
Pilot's Address : XXXX CALLE FORTUNADA
SAN DIEGO, CA, XXXXX
FAA Region : Western/Pacific
Date of Medical : Jan, 2002
Class of Medical : 2
Expiration : Jan, 2003
Pilot Certificates : Airline Transport Pilot
Airplane Single Engine Land

They may not have the Mechanic, Control Tower Operator, Parachute Rigger, or Dispatcher licenses, but it's still pretty impressive.

One smooth landing is skill. Two in a row is luck. Three in a row and someone is lying.
