I noticed that little red thing with two holes in it on the wing. What is it and what is it used for?

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that is used to tie liferafts to the wing during a water evacuation.

If it's the same as a Boeing aircraft the rings are to attach an extendable strap from the emergency exit for use as a 'guide rail'.
