"The ACN/PCN system (Section 7.9) as referenced in ICAO Annex 14, "Aerodromes," First Edition, July 1990, provides a standardized international airplane/pavement rating system replacing the various S, T, TT, LCN, AUW, ISWL, etc., rating systems used throughout the world."
The ACN/PCN may have replace the older systems in ICAO's eyes but they're still alive and well in some parts of the world.
I'm familiar with the ACN/PCN system, the LCG system, and to some extent the LCN system.
But I'm really confused where an airfield still just lists Maximum AUW (all up weight in x1000Kgs) dependant upon type of undercarriage assembly. (This applies most of the airfields in the USA)
The only reference I have decodes the following codes:
S = Single Wheel
T = Twin Wheel
B = Bogie
DB = Double Bogie
But I'm coming across codes such as AUW100S/190D/360DT/550TRT/850DDT
Can anyone decode the following for me?
DT
ST
TT
TDT
DDT
DDB
TRT
Rgds SIDsandSTARs
p.s. which of the codes above would a B777-200 come under?

I am relatively sure DDT is Dual Double Tandem. If you look at different airports on http://www.airnav.com you will see runway weight limits on some airports. Look at LAX for example: http://www.airnav.com/airport/KLAX runway 7L/25R weight limitation for Dual Double Tandem is 900,000 pounds.
Flying is the second greatest thrill known to mankind, landing is the first!
So It looks like your correct with DDT, interesting to note despite Aerad stating that the figures are in Kgs, it looks like there' actually in x1000 pounds here
Where as Baltimore (KBWI) 10/28 is list as
45S/100D/227DT/385DDT (Aerad Western Hemisphere Supplement)
"Runway Weight Bearing Capacity/or PCN Pavement Classification Number is shown as a codified expression.
Refer to the appropriate Supplement/Directory for the applicable codes e.g.
Rwy 14-32 S75, T185, ST175, TT325."
