what is the typical rate of climb on say a pax a/c, i.e. 737, 757, A320 etc?

I was curious because I know in FS04 i can get 3500 FPM out of a 737, yet the 757 which is supposedly a great climber can squeak out 3000FPMs at best? Just wondering what the typical climb on a jetliner is up through say 10,000. I know once they are over 10,000 things decrease a little, and also what is the roc above 30,000 on the avg plane?

This should help...

As I'm sure you know, RC varies significantly between aircraft, so any "typical" is relatively rough. Thrust available (Ta), thrust required (Tr, or total drag), and weight, and velocity all come into play...
