Anyone know the take off speed of the aircraft please?

T/O speed has MANY variables... A/C weight, Pax Load, Fuel Load, weather conditions, runway conditions just to name a few.

Takeoff speed certainly does vary quite a bit with a number of variables, but the Q400's is, with (an unspecified amount of) flaps, very approximately 155 km/h. That's a very rough figure, as I only had data for another Dash 8 variant.
