Jetstream 41 Wing Area

Any Jetstream 41 pilots out there?

My question is this:

It looks to me that the wing surface area on the 41 is very small...much smaller than that of many a/c it's size. Does this make this a/c handle better/worse than most of it's size?? How about stall speeds on this a/c??
