I have posted some pictures earlier with GA flying in southern Norway, and it seems to get some good response, so I have some pictures in storage that I wanted to share.

These are all taken in the south-east part of Norway, during my PPL-training. I recently got my Private Pilot's License, so there will be a lot of flying this summer. I want to take a lot of pictures, and get better at it, so I would appreciate advice.

Thanks for the pictures; very very nice.

One that really caught my eye was this one, with a textbook example of what we call an "oxbow" here in the US (just left of center).

This happens over the course of a long period of time, as the river slowly erodes the shoreline as it is forced to make a sharp turn due to topography. Eventually, the river erodes the bank enough to break back into the flow path of the river, and a large semi-loop is left behind.

No exaggeration or hyperbole--Scandinavia is truly an awe-inspiring place...your amazing aerial photos do it justice.

Excellent pictures, both of the scenery and the aircraft. Norway is a beautiful country. I only had the chance to visit once, three days in Bergen, but would sure want to go again. Shame though everything is so expensive!

That is totally correct, been there?

I was out this morning as well, with my brother as a photographer:

Stunning pics. Please, please keep posting pics I just can't get enough of them. When I eventually pass my PPL I would love to do a bit of flying in Norway as I've only ever seen it from the ground. I looks just as stunningly beautiful from the air.
