Hi Everyone, Here's a basic trip report:

Airline/Route: AA DTW-ORD
EQP: S80
Cabin: First
Flight Status: On-Time
Score: 90/100

With such a short flight (<50 mintues), I really don't expect much, even in the F cabin. We departed promptly and the gate agent advised the F/A to "not provide me with any drinks" as a joke since I'm somewhat known as the guy who loves to party. Very quick flight, the crew were nice.

So this was my first time going to SLC- I was mainly going to check out the night scene (and visit a friend)- everyone back home was like "What are you going to SLC for?" I was excited because I heard some things about crazy it is. Our upgrades cleared and got seated, pre-departure drinks and once the plane was done boarding, we pushed off the gate. Taxied to the runway, waited for some traffic to depart and then we were on our way. The F/A came around with drink service and figured I'd start drinking some wine. The F/A prepared lunch and the offering was: chicken pasta salad or turkey sandwich. I took the pasta and my friend took the sandwich, got my second refill and also had her pour me an extra glass of wine so that I could keep drinking without interruption; the F/A laughed. After lunch service was complete, had another glass of wine and I was feeling very good. Once I finished off that glass, she came around and I wasn't sure if I wanted another one but she insisted "Oh com'on, you know you want it", so I pretty much finished the bottle off. We smelled something good baking and she came around with baked cookies. They were delicious! The final 45 minutes of flight, I was very buzzed, I decided to take a quick nap since I started to get tired from the wine, I probably shouldn't have. Landed in SLC and I started to get a headache (hangover already!?). Once our friends picked us up and got back to their place, I had to go lay down and sober up, but once I got up from my nap, started pouring the Kettle One vodka in super-sized quanities.

The second part of our trip involved going to Chicago for two nights. We got checked-in, went to the gate, upgrades cleared, and boarded. The F/A provided pre-departure drinks. My friend and I noticed that he seemed kind of out of it, we described like he was hungover, but again, that was just our "He seems like" statement. Maybe he was under the weather or couldn't get any sleep sleep last night. Anyway, we departed SLC and headed over to ORD. No drinks for me, it was early. The F/A prepared his trays for breakfast in the galley and the choice was: cereal or omlette, with a side item like a bagel. I selected the cereal. After meal service, the flight was pretty much quite and got some sleep. Landed into ORD and headed out for downtown Chicago for shopping and partying.

We got back to ORD and it had been a while since I've been through the main-ticket lobby and it was crowded with people checking-in. Made it over to the gate, re-checked with the gate agent and there were quite a few on the stand-by list, so I asked him to go ahead and give us Y seats- so since we had no carry-ons, there was no rush to get on the plane. Towards 15 mins. prior, he called us over and said he can probably get one of us upgraded, so I told him to give it to my friend and I'll sit in Y. It's a short flight, I didn't care. The agent gave me exit row with middle seat empty. We departed and quickly took off. Again, quick flight, I personally don't expect drink service but they came through the cabin. Landed early.

I am sorry but what is NRSA (in your topic heading)?

Great trip report overall. Not basic but informative.

NRSA stands for Non-Rev Space Available. It's a standby ticket used by airline employees and their families.
