Standard Topic Titling

Lets create a standard topic title when posting trip reports. Now that all trip reports are in their own forum, it is unneccesary to write "Report:" or "Trip report:" etc...

Instead make it fairly easy and informational.
Maybe we could first put the airline flown on, than the cities flown too and than the plane model. If it was one way you could add: O/W on to it.
