This fall, I'll be flying from ATL to ORD on Delta. I have flown this flight before and it was on a 727. Delta is getting rid of 10 of their 727s before then I think and is replacing all of them soon. Will I be flying on a 727 or another aircraft?

This is the wrong place to ask such a question, go to the civil aviation section and post it there, you'll get more replies.

Are you sure they are placing a 777 on that route? I just checked their timetable in September and no 777's were on the atl-ord route.
Also, what do you mean by saying Pacific flights? They don't use the 777 on any Pacific flights, they must be planning on it though. Do you know when they will switch these aircraft on the route as I am frequently in Narita on business and would be interested in flying the JFK-NRT route with their 777. I always take CO.

Hahaha never mind, I just reread your post and noticed the "all BusinessElite" configuration. Not to mention the 777-232LR
Airplanetire, why don't you go to Delta's website and find out.
